"I ended up going there after another errand, on a whim, during a day when it suddenly started snowing, and had to have a couple of the employees there separate some big heavy ceramic planters for me in the uncovered gardening section. They brought it out to my car and put it in my trunk. Above and beyond the call of duty service!"

If I could give them less than one star, I would...I've found customer service to be unfriendly and unhelpful, store personnel hard to find...and then not knowledgable, and the store stock is hit-or-miss at best. Don't waste your time with Lowe's!"
