"Z Trip blocked my review on them today 4months ago IT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WAS STOOD UP FOR 3HRS AND HAD TO ASK A CUSTOMER FOR A RIDE HOME, AFTER WAITING 3HRS FOR Z TRIP.!!! My ride with Z Trip yesterday was just frustrating and unprofessional I was left for 3 hours without a ride because two drivers one was cab number 600 that canceled on me and then the other was cab 910 something that I was told would be able to pick me up in 23 minutes from the time I called, no one showed. I called the main company several times from 11:43 a.m. when I finished doing my shopping at Walmart until 2:30pm and was told they were still looking for a ride. Mind you I had a maintenance appointment at my apartment to check on my washing machine at 1:00 p.m. which I had to cancel because I didn't have a ride to get home. The appointment for maintenance was changed until 3:00 p.m. because I thought I would be home by then with the Z Trip service. I ended up having to ask one of the customers coming out of Walmart her name was Karen she's an angel at 2;30pm to take me home so that I wouldn't miss the 3:00 p.m. appointment with my maintenance company. I offered to pay Karen to take me home and she said yes she was going in my neighborhood I only live 10 minutes from the Walmart I was at and she was going in the area where I lived when I got home at 2:45pm she wouldn't accept the payment that I had told her I would give her and I appreciate that. God will send you angels and Karen was one of them. Z Trip you are very unprofessional and inconsiderate. This is not how you treat your customers on a professional level, you left me stranded for 3 hours almost missing my maintenance appointment and had my grocery sitting out for 3 hours waiting on you. I also called several times to the company to see about where was my ride and I kept getting lied to about the ride was on the way we're looking for a ride not a pleasant experience with this company Z Trip. Thank you Z Trip for making my holiday weekend miserable."

"Needs some help, they will have you waiting around for hours calling you every 15 minutes asking if you still want a ride... after waiting for many hours I just took the bus and have already arrived before someone was even sent out"

"We needed a 3am pickup and had to call ztrip to see where our driver was, it was icy and snowing with a 5am flight to catch, at which time we were informed they didn’t have a driver YET! Seriously!!! I don’t write bad reviews, but people need to know. We ended up driving ourselves and almost missed our flight. If I could give a ZERO star rating, I would!"

"They won't tell you if they have a car in the area or not than you have waited for over an hour and after at least 3 automated calls saying they are still looking . So in fear of risking losing any business they will tell you they are still looking for a driver. Instead of being honest and saying " there isn't one in your area" to leave you waiting hopelessly for something that is not even here or available!!! Very poor business decisions. What a way to leave someone stranded just to try to make a buck!!!"

"It's a hit or a miss, I explained to one driver that I needed a round trip and he was very understanding and communicated well, he even paused the trip cost for about 15 minutes so I wouldn't be charged a large amount after explaining to me how Ztrip is basically the mob the way they treat there drivers so I gave him a generous tip that he was very appreciative of. On another occasion I had a driver that was obviously driving slow and "took a wrong turn" on more then one instance. I understand the company is almost criminal the way they lock their workers in with their contracts and the cost of the vehicle is ridiculous but that doesn't make it acceptable to try and finesse a customer."
