"Above and beyond is the service my dad and I experienced. I live 2 states away from my dad and he needed transport for a day procedure. He arrived on time, so what was supposed to be a day procedure was now over night. This was decided after the driver was already there to pick him up and waiting.The next morning he was to be released and a pickup was set. Last minute they thought he would have to stay the whole day, so I canceled the pick up. Plans changed again and he was released that morning. They were on top of it and he was picked up right away. They were patient and kind dealing with both my dad and I with all the confusion. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I, My dad, and his wife will definitely be using this service for our transportation needs."

"The service has been wonderful. The vehicles are always clean comfortable. Everyone is nice and courteous. The dispatcher treats you like family and is very kind. The drivers are very considerate of our feelings, professional, safety oriented and a joy to ride with. It doesn't matter what the weather conditions are or the time of day I can depend on M2K Medical Transport to get me to and from my appointments.
