"Don't use their services. Drivers are apparenrly not checked regarding if they are safe good drivers. I had encounter with road rage, it was empty road and driver of that taxi change the lane right in front of us. Soon after they did that again and pressed break, forcing us to make almost complete sudden stop on a highway. No- we didn't do anything to make them go mad like this. I read here someone also had experience when a driver almost got them in an accident or driver was drunk. And that these people are not nice and scammy about money. IT IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE WITH THEM AND BE AROUND THESE TAXIS"

"During the recent Denver snowstorm, this taxi service displayed alarming negligence. The driver of taxi number 158 (license plate CIIV15) endangered multiple lives by recklessly maneuvering on the road. They attempted to run cars off the road and brake-checked others, risking severe accidents. This behavior, suggestive of road rage and potential intoxication, forced me to call 911 for immediate intervention. I strongly advise against using this service, as it poses a grave risk to public safety. Ensure the competence and professionalism of your drivers before endangering more lives."

"Significantly overpriced airport taxi service. Very difficult to communicate in English when asking how much the fare would be. When I arrived at the hotel, I complained that $125 was way too much for the 30 mile ride, and suddenly the price came down by $20; still significantly higher than what I would usually pay for the same ride. This company should not be allowed to operate as an official Denver airport taxi company in my view. Never experienced something like this before…"

"It’s unfortunate there are so many negative reviews. I had a great experience with Sadik. He made contact with me two hours before my flight arrived, tracked my flight status while I was out of service, and showed up on time. He gave clear instructions of where to meet him at the airport. When I got to the car, he was courteous, energized and efficient. The car was spotless and the meter was properly displayed. I was informed of the rate per mile when I called earlier and he routed us to our destination. It was a big ask - 11:30 at night from the Denver Airport down toward Monument. No other service would take me. The fare was accurate, we had a great conversation (he would have happily driven without talking but I was interested in his life), and payment was quick and painless when I arrived - exactly as displayed on the meter. All Cities (and most can companies) contract the cab drivers by charging a flat monthly fee to use their equipment and business license. Therefore the quality of the driver you get is not reliable, which is likely why there are so many 1 star reviews. If you’d like a safe, clean, reliable, kind and professional experience - ask All Cities to send Sadik and he’ll take care of you. If he isn’t available, I can’t vouch for the level of service you’ll receive but I hope it’s a positive experience."

"Ripoff - At midnight at the airport we took their cab to our hotel, except the driver did not have a meter, did not speak English and did not know where the hotel was (it was the Hyatt). When we arrived he told us the price, which we paid not knowing that he had overcharged us dramatically more than the mandated fare from the airport. It was dreadful, a cab driver who spoke no English (apparently) but was savvy enough to overcharge his customers. DO NOT USE THIS CAB COMPANY."
