I absolutely love the quality of their products, whether they're the heavy-duty seed starting trays, metal raised beds, high-quality liquid organic fertilizers, worm castings, sturdy tools, or vertical garden towers, all of which I've gotten from EG. They're very picky about the quality of their products, and as a gardener, that makes a huge difference to me - I can get the lightweight, quick-to-fall-apart stuff anywhere, but I want tools and equipment that will last, and Epic has what I need! There have been a couple of slow orders, but their customer service team worked with me to get those cleared up as quickly as possible (to be fair, it was right around the time of a massive sale, so I should've expected delays), and the rest of my orders have been lightning-fast in arrival.
