They are unusual in that they really do care. My husband sent flowers to Our daughter on valentines day, and unfortunately someone took them (stole) outside her apartment door. I called Bonnie Brae just to inform them, and they offered to replace and deliver the same order --ON VALENTINES DAY no less!.Their busiest day of the year.
