"So I've been you know dealing with these guys for probably 6 months now gotten great deals from them and good loans. So I go in there to get my gravity knife for $120 to get my knife back and I asked him for a pricing on a cold steel dagger blade in the counter and got complete hell for it because I wanted to look value up.This guy was so rude that I will never do business there again. This person has no business dealing with customers."

"Not sure why some of the reviews say this place "will work with you" to get a little extra. I needed $70 but I was only given $30 each for a brand new impact drill and a used iPad. I told them I'd pick up the items in 4 days time. Sure, they need to make a profit in case someone defaults on their loan but they will certainly not "work with you". Of all the pawn shops, this location consistently gives the lowest amount compared to EZ Pawn and Cash in a flash. Either would give me $60 for the iPad and $40 for the drill. Wow, what a rude reply from the owner. Don't worry about whether I'll be late or not, that's my responsibility not yours. I appreciate your concern."
