"Ordinarily I’m not the type to make reviews on places I visit but I recently had an experience so unpleasant I felt it wouldn’t be right to simply ignore it. I’ve been browsing several local thrift stores and pawn shops looking for items to furnish my apartment and as usual I stepped in to take a look around. I tried on several occasions to get the attention of employees or even a shift manager and I was willfully ignored time and time again while they attended to other customers. Ordinarily I would assume it was simply due to them needing assistance before me, however this went on for over an hour when it clearly was not busy enough to necessitate it. I am a very visibly queer woman, and while I had some suspicions that it may be the reason I was not being served it was all but confirmed when I was told I was not allowed to loiter on the property by a manager of some kind. I explained that I was a customer and had been looking for assistance for a while, and I was told they could not help me before escorting me out of the building. I went willingly to avoid confrontation but I cannot help but notice how unfairly i was treated compared to other customers. I would not recommend a store that refuses to serve people based on their appearances"
