"Complete rip-off, literally were gonna charge my wife $230 for a barely cracked screen on my wife's phone. Literally half of how much the phone cost to replace the screen. This place is only good for batteries and bulbs LOL not screen replacement, don't recommend"

"I prepaid for my screen to be ordered over a month ago and have called 5-6 times about them getting the screen in. Each time I called they told me they would call me back with information and then never followed up. After the 6th phone call they finally have the screen in, but after going in to have it fixed they were too busy to fix it and said to come back later. I understand that we are short staffed these days, but the lack of communication especially after paying for a service is unacceptable. Edit: I have spoken with the owner and have confirmed that I paid $232.19 on August 27 for this screen repair."

"so, i went into this store maybe a week or two ago needing my screen replaced. They didn't have it in stock at the time, so i prepaid $300 and went on a trip to Harvey. Well after i came back i had dropped my phone off expecting it to be done fairly quick (couple hours) I was told there was a wait list, and it would take a lil longer. That was okay, the next day I didn't hear from them, i had called them on my sister's phone and it wasn't answered. so i go in, and see they aren't open for very long due to being short staffed (5-7? i think). i go in @ 5, there's probably at least 5 other people waiting there for the lady to open the door. That's fine, we were all let in, i wait my turn ect. Well I got up there and she (idk her name) is holding out her arm for me to give her my phone. i didnt have it, they did. She told me to come back at 8:30 (didn't say AM or PM) obviously the store is closed at 8:30, and i had work the next day (today) i go in, after work and she still holds out her arm asking for my phone? i politely remind her that shes's had it for the past 2 1/2 days it then gets fixed within 15 minutes. only to realize my back sensor was temporarily broken (easy fix) and my stylus pen is missing. i understand you are busy, i get that you're only human. but please don't take jobs if it's too much. i sincerely hope yall have a better day."
