"Had my taxes done and when they finished them and we went over the return with the preparer I questioned the accuracy of the return since it seemed to be way to much money being refunded. I was told we're are tax professionals and we are correct. You can either file them or not file them but if you don't file them you still owe us the $400+ to prepare them. Ended up getting a letter from the dept of Revenue stating the return was incorrect and I had to repay the over payment plus late fees and interest. When I contacted Mr Rick's I was told I better pay it before more late fees or interest is incurred. I asked him if he was going to pay the late fees and interest and he said he would not pay that. So since this tax preparer does not seem to stand behind their work I would suggest going to a different preparer. Just my opinion."
