"We used them for years and were happy. Last year they did our taxes and our sons taxes as well. When we picked up our taxes I wondered why one of my sons was so much, it seemed like a lot to pay considering how easy it was. The lady that was assigned to give us our taxes back said " if you don't like the price you can go somewhere else". I wasn't asking for any other reason then for it to be explained to me. She could have easily said they have a minimum charge, explained what they charge for each page required, etc. He hadn't worked much that year and only went there because we used her. It was a tax return that could have been done anywhere. She took offense to my question and was very rude about it. They now sent us a letter stating they won't do our taxes this year..lol...as if we were going back after the treatment we received. It seems like an unprofessional, snotty attitude. All I can say is if you go here, don't ask the pricing to be explained just pay with a smile."
