"I don't know where to start. Tracy has been my accountant for several years. I found out that both our businesses in 2017 weren''t filed and she didn't file for another business in 2019. There are major depreciation errors accounted for illegally and other errors too numerous to list. My new accountant says that to clean up all of the previous years errors, that it is going to take weeks to fix. All of our late returns are now at risk for examination by the IRS AND we have to pay for the correction. I relied on her as a professional and she was even kind of a friend, but she let us down for years. Now I know that. I have never left a negative review anywhere. I am suffering the consequences of her poor work and others should know this."

"I wish that it was possible to give zero stars. This is honestly the worst experience that I have ever had with a business. If you value your time and money DO NOT let Tracy file your taxes! I sincerely believe that Tracy should be shut down. She filed my taxes incorrectly 2 years ago and when I went to her for help she lied, blammed the error on me, and then proceeded to ignore me for over a week. She ultimately filed an amended return without telling me that's what should be done, or asking if I was okay with her doing so. She then essentially held my 2016 tax booklet hostage and demanded I pay her another $50 for the amended return that I never wanted before she would return my own tax information to me. To make matters even worse the amended return was also completely incorrect. I ended up going to a different office that was immediately able to tell that Tracy made a number of errors on both the original return as well as the amended return. During this whole ordeal Tracy was unprofessional, rude, and extremely incompetent."

"Tracy has done my taxes for close to a decade. She has always handled things timely and efficiently. The only time we ever had an issue with the IRS, Tracy was a liaison on our behalf and settled the issue quickly and painlessly. I would recommend her and do often, without hesitation."

"Tracy is by far and away the best tax person I have ever met. She is personal and conveys tax information in a very easy going social way. She does taxes and often can e file it in 30 to 45 mins. She is extremely smart and files thousands of returns a year, even so she has a knack for remembering details from years ago. Tracy also has a gift for good advice, ask her about business ideas or how to manage your tax situation better over multiple years and Tracy will give an honest educated opinion. I have referred friends to her in the past and they have never had an issue, these 1 star reviews are by far and away the minority compared to the thousands of very happy customers that Love Tracy just like me. Thank you Tracy for all you do for our great city!"

"Was referred to Tracy by my financial advisor. Met with her to do our taxes. She gave us what she thought was correct information, which turned out later to be incorrect, requiring our taxes to be amended. I gave her the forms she requested to attempt to fix our situation with the IRS on our behalf. I called for just under 4 MONTHS to see if she had sent information on our behalf, always being told "someone will ask her and get back to you" which never happened. I finally had enough and went to the IRS myself to get the correct information and only then was I able to schedule an appt to see her. She called 45 minutes before our appt because she said she was sick and rescheduled me. When I sent my husband at the time she reschedule he got there and she said I lied and got the time wrong BUT she didn't want to tell my husband that to his face. He confronted her as she was going to let her poor receptionist take the heat for her error. She refuses to call us back or talk with us further. If I could give 0 stars because this experience has been UTTERLY HORRID, I would. If you don't want to have the threat of the IRS hanging over your head AVOID Tracy doing your taxes at all costs. She may charge less than other CPAs, but believe me when I say you get what you pay for..."
