"I had William Marsh prepare my 2022 personal and business tax returns. I had provided all the books and paperwork to the accountant the first week of February and he waited until the last few days before the taxes were due April 15th to begin preparing them. His returns showed a several thousand dollar refund from the IRS and Colorado State. After they were filed I received notices from both the IRS and the State that my taxes were incorrectly prepared. The IRS stated that I owed a few thousand plus penalty and interest and the State was considerably less than half of what the CPA had filed. I contacted William several times to which he did not respond. I uploaded the paperwork to his portal to which I heard no response. After several weeks I sent an invoice for the principal and interest and the fee from the CPA I hired to straighten out his botched returns. After 3 weeks I received a letter saying that he was not going to pay my invoice and told me to contact an attorney if I did not agree. There are many more qualified CPAs available if you're looking for someone to prepare your taxes."

"Bill Marsh took it upon himself to yell, and chastise me as if he had any right to, when I inquired about when our taxes would be completed. He’s had the relevant tax information for our family for 2 months and the taxes are still not filed. He did not communicate with us about any delays in his work, and verbally harassed us while on the phone with him. If you value communication, strong work ethic and professional conduct, find somewhere ELSE to go."
