"Great appointment with Terry today for my taxes. I'm not a millionaire at the end of the day but I still walked out feeling good."

"Greeted me with friendliness. I was early for my appointment. They started my tax prep right away. Very detailed all the way through. Covered all bases and even set up my appointment for next year."
"We went in to do our taxes and originally was working with a great person. We needed to come back to finish another day and our guy wasn’t there. Another person was going to help us… right off the bat they assumed another couple of Asian decent were us because of our last name. So then we go back to do our taxes say we want an advance and all is good. Start to head out the door and the front desk lady was incredibly rude and said, “you going to pay for your refund?” Uhm I’m sorry? We said for it to come out of our taxes. So we go back to the desk and she fixed it but now all the sudden we don’t get an advance. She then tried to blame us saying she didn’t know why it did that. But they got paid. It was just super stressful, taxes are stressful already… I did not need the rudeness. Also if a mistake is made I can understand that but at least own it and don’t blame the customer."
