It took 3 emails and 2 phone calls to get my voucher to pay my state taxes owed. I was told to go online (which is impossible if you've used CO state portal before). I just wanted to mail my payment in asap. To top it off, for 2017 taxes I received my taxes on a CD. While a nice gesture, I personally prefer an electronic email or a paper copy.
