"Don't waste your time! I hired Jerry with Franklin Tax Service to help me file my taxes in 2021 because I had a few things to handle in my taxes that I was not familiar with. If you want transparency, don’t use this tax service. He charged me about $500 to file my taxes but then when I asked for an invoice, I was literally told that generating my invoice was too much work for him and the costs of what he charged me are not easily extracted from his system. As a customer, I am extremely disappointed with this response and honestly shocked that he flat out refused to provide me with an invoice. I believe that it is the responsibility of any business to provide a clear and detailed invoice for services rendered, regardless of the amount of work required. His refusal to do so is both unprofessional and unacceptable. I HIGHLY *DO NOT* RECOMMEND THIS TAX SERVICE, something shady seems to be going on if he is flat out refusing to provide an invoice for his services."
