"If you are en elderly person this is not the firm to use! 2 years in a row this accountant has left a number out of checking when submitting to IRS! Last year took about 4 to 5 weeks to receive refund! This year it’s been 6 weeks and still have not received! When I first called their office after checking with my credit union for date they return refund, I was told by receptionist, oh well you will just get it a few weeks later in the mail! Few weeks went by and called again! They said they would see what they could do, no call back to me! So 8 days later I call again and am told I need to open up an on line account with IRS as they can’t do as too many personal questions! So I start the process but as I used my cell phone to verify (IRS can’t verify all cell phone) so then they send you a code in the mail which takes 5 to 10 Business days! So I finally get the code and open up an account and print off a record of my taxes, which has a code in front of each transaction, I have no idea what these codes all mean or where to look! I see where the refund was returned to IRS, but I already knew that! When the hell the refund will be mailed I have no clue! All of this stress with my husband of 80 yrs in the hospital for 5 days with a very serious heart condition! PS I have also called the number IRS gives on their website numerous times and it is always busy! Finely after almost 2 months the returned direct deposit finally arrived in a check! I also forgot to mention how rude some of the people are who answer the phone!"

"Could not believe how rude the front office people are! I’ve been going here for years and they’ve never been very friendly. Michael who does our taxes is great but I may quit using them because of how rude the people at the front desk are. Today I called to check the status and was told turn around time is 4 weeks it’s only been 3 1/2 weeks. I said so hopefully next week? So we can know if we owe and have time to get that money together and she said you can call if you want but it’s been 3 weeks deadline is May 17th so you have time! Well thanks but depending on how much we owe that may not be “time” she was just so rude like I was inconveniencing her by calling. I also was never told it was a 4 week turn around and it never has been that long for us. When we dropped off our documents we were rudely stopped and told to stick them in an envelope in the hall and put them in the bucket that was all!"
