"If I can give this woman Rosalba a negative zero! She filed our taxes in June of 2020. STAY AWAY, THIS IS A WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LADY!..... my story is Rosalba efiled in June of 2020, our refund was supposed have been received within a month. August came and no refund. I started calling her with our concern of where is my refund,, Rosalba suggested we wait another month and her excuse was Covid19 the IRS was really behind and September and October came and Rosalba insisted we wait longer because it wasn't an error on her part it was IRS delays. We trusted her however with the advice of my mom to call IRS and when I finally called IRS, I found out through IRS that the efile Rosalba filed in June was rejected and IRS notified Rosalba back in June. I was so upset because I put all my trust in this women. Worries that I can potentially be penalized and worried I contacted Rosalba about this and she denied that she made an error and blamed it all on her email server company.. She said she was going to reach out to her email server company for help and that she would reach back out to me right away.. well another week past by with no actions or response from Rosalba. I would call and text and we even stopped by her office and the doors where locked and our text messages and phone calls were not returned.. After several attempts to get her to admit her mistake, she finally acknowledged her error. She even said would overnight our taxes to IRS and would include a letter to IRS explaining her mistake and promised to pay us back for any penalties. She said she would send me a copy of the letter acknowledging her mistake which I never got! Finally in late December she mailed our taxes or so we thought!. We'll here we are today, April 21 of 2021 and still no refund. I've been calling IRS and they haven't received the paper file. I've been texting and calling Rosalba with no response from her at all! It's like earth swallowed her up!.... I've asked her to send me her license number and copy of letter acknowledging her mistake and asking her to refund my money for the service I paid her that she didn't provide and I have yet to receive a correspondence from Rosalba... please do not do business with this women... you have been warned!.... I am a pretty understanding, patient and forgiving person and I feel like I have been robbed! This women will tell you what you want to hear but doesn't deliver. Horrible experience never again and will tell everyone I know to avoid Rosalba with Prestige Accounting......"
