"Before I get into why this is a 1 star review I'd like to say that the staff are always friendly and helpful. They keep the store neat and the atmosphere is always very pleasant. I came in today to trade in two pairs of headsets. One I've had for years, so I understand why it wasn't being taken. The other I bought, with warranty, 7 months ago. I explained while i only used it twice, i dont play on that specific console very often and would like to trade it in or return it. I was told this headset isn't on their "list" of accepted headsets for trade-in. Which is fine, but when I asked about how to get use of the warranty, I was told the warranty is only good for if the headset breaks or is defective and only then I could receive exactly what the warranty is for. Gamestop as a company makes it hard for consumers to buy and trade products while pushing warranties that aren't entirely useless, but lackluster. Their products are always a few generations behind and their websites aren't up-to-date with information that could've saved me a drive and time. I've been a pro member off an on since 2014 and honestly I won't be returning to gamestop. They've run their course as a company and aren't catering to consumers anymore, but their bottom dollar."

"Went in hoping to find something Evee, sadly the last Evee had just sold! The clerk was very kind and even searched the back for us. We ended up finding a cute little cross body bag with starter Pokemon and Evee on it! They had a wide variety of anime memrobelia and figures including a clearance section. I was also pleased to see a wide variety of price ranges so everyone could walk out with a little treasure! And the star of the show was a knee high Funko Pop style All Might! Somebody needs to go snag him up, super cool piece."
