Harvey The Taxman

"Long overdue but I hired Harvey to do my taxes in September 2017 for tax years 2014 & 2016. I was late filing for a number of personal reasons. I paid then for both years to get filed and was given a customer copy of my tax return for both years. In December of 2018 I discovered my 2014 taxes were never filed. I emailed Harvey Dec 19, 2018 to ask for a copy of my return to submit to the IRS, he responded on Dec 22, 2018 saying he would take care of it. After multiple other attempts via email to try and get Harvey to email my return to me it was finally sent to me on July 25, 2019, a full 7 months after requested. I have had other issues with that return that I won't go into now but I'm dealing with still. Seems like other folks have had no problem with him but it took 7 months to get him to email a return to me that I had already paid for to be filed well over a year after I had hired him to do so. Since then I have used a different CPA and have had no issues with the IRS but am still dealing with IRS issues from when I used Harvey's services for my returns."
