"Great store - Awesome owners and Employee(s)! We had a joy-filled experience visiting with other shoppers - and bought some really great things ourselves!!"
"Terrible service from the owner just because I was doing my boyfriend a favor by returning a pair of boots he bought and NEVER WORE because they were too big. I apologized for the inconvenience and she wouldn't even look at me. She handed me the receipt and said nothing so I told her to have a good day and left. I'm not a business owner but I'm pretty sure that's not a way to do business. She has an awful attitude problem."
"The lady working was extremely helpful in picking out the right fit and size boot for my daughter. Great little western wear shop. We will be going back."
"wont refund their merchandise if their is a problem with it. i bought a purse that i really liked but it started to unravel on the sides. only had it 1 week. so i put it up until i could go back to the store and exchange. i didn't think that was wrong. even my husband noticed the purse unraveling. so when i went in the store i was told by the sales girl that they don't refund. I said "what". because never heard of that rule. then she asked me if i had the receipt i said no but you sold it to me. she remembered me but told me they don't refund unless u have a receipt. then if you have a receipt the store sends it to the manufacturer to see if they can get their money and then you either get refunded or product replaced. i talked to the store manager and she was very abrupt and abrasive. she hung up in on me and threatened to call the police. Never once did I yell at her, threaten her or use profanity. very strange and upsetting experience."
"On my first visit to the establishment I was treated very well. I bought a FlexFit hat, a leather coat and a pair of hand made Tony Lama boots. It was the last pair of boots in that style and I bought the display. I wore the boots to dinner that evening and when I took them off at home; using a boot jack; I noticed the heel on the display boot was blimished slightly. My wife returned the boots to be repaired as I like the boots and wanted to keep them. To make a long story short before the pleasant experience was over it became an ordeal and I was called a liar. So buyer beware. I am in the process of seeing if I can get Tony Lama to fix the heel as the store will not stand behind what they sell. I have never been treated so badly as a customer."
