"It was my first time here and I went in through the back entrance and entered a big waiting area. The door has bells on it and when it shuts it's pretty loud obviously alerting the front. I didn't like the atmosphere right away and didn't feel welcome because I didn't know where to go. I kept walking towards the front and an elderly lady greeted me, not rude but not friendly either. I continued with the paperwork but I was getting Reliance tax vibes and didn't want to continue further. I didn't have the necessary paperwork for my dependents anyways. I told the elder man that helped me next that I probably wasn't coming back. He was nicer and invited me back."
