The sheer lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction left me utterly appalled. Allow me to recount the numerous issues I encountered during this disastrous ordeal. Another glaring issue was the lack of accountability. Despite multiple attempts to escalate my concerns to higher management, there was no acknowledgment or resolution. It seemed that no one within the company was willing to take responsibility for the abysmal service I had received.
