"Clean. Great service. Wonderful location. It's been very comfortable. We'll come back if we're in Colorado Springs."
"Just don't. $164 dollars a night for a TLF room to see rusted water fixtures, mold in the bathrooms and dirty counter tops. No idea how this is the home to Space Force and the lodging be so subpar. New hotels were built along power's, maybe 5 minutes away. I would suggest going to them. We have 3 people in a room for eight days living out of suitcases because there's not even a dresser to put clothes in. You get one wall locker. Be warned and go else where."
"Joshua Yepez is probably the worst customer service representative I’ve ever encountered in my 6 years of needing a service dog. Not only did he repeatedly ask what disability that I have and question my disability, but he also asked for proof of her being a service dog. Questioning the validity of her services stating that I do not seem disabled. Referring to her as “it” although I corrected him 3 times. With his final response being “well it’s a dog, so she’s an it, it’s an animal” He also accused my husband of lying stating that we signed a form when we checked in at 1030 stating we do not have pets, when we were still in transit to Colorado and did not check in. We did not land until 0100 the following morning. For future educational purposes of the staff Hotel owners should think of a service dog as an extension of a person’s effort to overcome a disability, rather than an animal. It’s against federal regulations for hotel employees to ask for any proof, like a certificate or license. Due to privacy laws regarding health and disabilities, employees aren’t allowed to inquire about the service dog owner’s qualifying disability. Lastly, when working in a customer service facility, you should not harass people for having disabilities."
"The rooms are decently sized. My complaint here is that they insist on entering every single day to clean. There are no "Do Not Disturb" signs. We had to be at our house for the movers to pack, and I had 3 minor children in the room, so I told them they can't come in. Those people knocked on the door several times until I was finally there to let them in. One morning, the only day we were allowed to sleep in, they were knocking at the door at 8am to come clean. Everyone was still trying to sleep. Like, chill y'all. If I need service I'll ask for it. Go away."
"I personally love where the TLF is located, although I do wish there was a store closer by. The rooms are perfect in this area, especially since we had to live in them for a while. I love the standalone house style of the rooms. The service is amazing! If you need something they are available to accommodate it on a timely manner. The room keepers are amazing! They are professional, and very thorough. I would recommend anyone with base access to stay here. It has been a great help to my family and I being here until we move in to our home."
