"I have been a client of this accounting firm for almost a decade. For the preparation of my 2022 tax returns, I was treated with one gnarly experience. After being told that my returns were successfully accepted, I had to inquire on half of my return status that wasn’t received. Not only was I greeted with a disengagement letter but also a one 1-800 number along with the words, Good luck! Unbeknownst to me, my tax returns were not necessarily complete. The accountant had to re-enter my information he didn’t properly do so in the first place so I can receive my full entire refund and after that was said and done, they entered my return amount completely wrong! Everything had to be amended and not one single apology was necessarily thrown my way or any kind of indication that I should receive a partial refund since the service I paid for was not done complete or successful at that! Customers need to know how they may be treated with this accounting firm for their future needs if they wish to use their services. I have already decided not to use this firm in the future because of the inflation prices that I have been dealt with ever since starting a relationship with this accounting firm. I wish this firm the best of luck but how I was treated this last time around was definitely not appreciated and something could have been done a bit more on their end to make sure that I was happy and satisfied with the service that I paid for!!"
