"I’d go to liberty tax or do your own with turbo tax. Person whom did my taxes didn’t get my info right. No one is knowledgeable of the irs process and I can’t even remember the lady name as she kept talking over me whole time I’d try to explain what I needed which led to further frustration to see if i would be able get my issue resolved. I’ve personally gone theu turbo tax and thought with the new changes a professional might be better, as I stated they’re not aware new irs updates to help those out of the norm cases. It’s a shame to pay money to ensure you get a good service and end up disappointed."
