"I had issues filing my state taxes using H&R Block online, so I went in to get help. I was told that my state taxes had already been filed (false), that they don't upload required forms, and that I should consider using a family member's address out of state because we're not Colorado residents. They clearly know less about filing taxes than I do, and I'm not a tax professional. Don't waste your time."
