"Only used this place for 2 years, but last year they failed to file my taxes in time even though they had my documents early in the tax season. I only found out they didn't file when I had to call repeatedly to figure out where my return was. Once they finally did file my return I get a letter from the IRS saying I owed a bunch of fees because it was filed late. In my discussions with Mr. Harrison he offered to cover the fees but failed to keep his word. Used another tax service this year to much better results."

I'm still cleaning up the mess they made.Kirk might have been great in his younger days but it's time to retire."
