"Garbage company and garbage manager. I filed my 2021 taxes here and they failed to upload the documents on the online portal. They charge upwards of $300 for a simple return but have no follow through. On the phone now with HR Block Corporate and am unable to get my documents at all. An official complaint will be filed 100%. The fact that this company does not supply the client with their LEGAL TAX documents is criminal indeed."
