"Not good tea or service. We ordered hot tea, but were served iced cold tea that tasted like sugar milk - it was so sweet, it was like drinking ice cream, and it made my stomach hurt. I checked the website out after we left, and it seems like there is supposed to be hot milk tea available in addition to the ability to specify sweetness level, but we were not even asked for sweetness level. We didn't ask questions after getting the cold tea because the people working behind the counter were very indifferent, borderline rude, so we thought they gave us cold because that is all they sold. We also just didn't want to interact anymore after the ordering experience. Lolicup is way better."
"The bubble tea is really good, flavors on point and the bubbles, God, one of the best in the country, chewy, soft, fresh. Not really a pretentious place but it's a popular one. Winter watermelon milk green tea, my favorite."
"Previous issue was handled with great professionalism and changes were made. Have had no issues since and everything we have had since has been top shape. Try the Carribean Breeze (I think that's what it's called) with mango popping bubbles. It's awesome"
"I went in for first time today. The sesame matcha I ordered, had boba that were slimy and formless in it. It made the beverage undrinkable. I came back about ten minutes later, and asked to have my drink remade. I paid around $6.50 for my first drink, and requested a mango green tea with popping boba, in exchange for my original drink. I was given a plain mango tea, with no boba, and it was only 3/4 full. I just don’t understand why I paid $6.50 for an iced tea that’s not even full, when I obviously came to a boba shop to get boba. Very disappointed. I had no desire to pay such a steep price for iced tea."
"The tea varieties available are good enough to serve a wide range of palettes. We ordered Classic Kung Fu green tea, Honey Oolong Tea and Passion Fruit Green Tea. The popping bubbles is a must try!"
