"Walls are paper thin, and rooms outdated. New management is shiesty at best, rude and money hungry. This establishment IS NOT nestled in the mountains but rather almost on the edge of town right off the main street."

"Quaintly nestled at the foot of the pikes peak mountain range just a stones throw away from The Kissing Camels state pale and Historic Manitou Co it has a clean Clearwater creek in it's backyard and has fast easy highway access. Quiet , cozy and charming."

"During my approx. 2wk stay the only positive was that Colorado Ave. was instantly accessable. 5stars on that because when you wanted to get away from the COPS being called every other night, or the constant TRAFFIC at all hours, or the HORRID & DISGISTING conditions of the OVERPRICED rooms? You could do it quickly. I am QUALIFIED to attest to these occurrences among others because I had the displeasure of cleaning 2 units personally. As a former Certified Pharmacy Technician hospital environmen. I can tell you that you'd be safer, better off, & probably get more satifaction and better service spending the night in a homeless shelter. It would definitely de more sanitary. If it weren't for the quality of person(s) about to move into that 1st room I cleaned? I might have quit right then.... I am also confident that the best thing for that place would have been to keep me and the best thing they did for me is...help me learn rhat just because grout looks drk gray/black? Doesn't mean it bought that color. The phrase to many (wannabe) CHIEFS and not enough indians. Comes to mind.I mean zero Indians. I'm sure that all the TWEAKING they are doing at the Mountainrape Motel. The future...well the rooms were...I mean the cleanliness if the...ummm...well the staff couldnt be rated HIGHER!"

"Ron the manager here is very hardworking and accommodating, we love it here, my dog loves it here, the people are very nice I've never had any problems. Our dog loves to go across the creek in the back and frolic with the wildlife, it's very clean always kept up and nice, the price is the best you can get around this area if your looking for something small and quiet. Plus there's free wifi and cable TV, And by the time you add everything up it's come out cheaper than most places around, and the location is perfect right behind the garden of the gods."

"The manager, Ron, is so wonderful. Anything you need he is right there. Harrison is excellent as well. They are always happy and cheerful. They make a great team. I've stayed in other motels and this is the most comfortable and safe. A wonderful place to stay. The deer are icing on the cake."
