"Homeless are a serious problem!!!! The clerk does nothing after I've asked him to several times. I do NOT feel safe visiting this location ANYMORE. just tonight 2 were cracked out and hanging out inside the store and 4 more were hanging out outside the door asking for money. I used to go here 3+ times a week. I will not go here anymore thanks to the store's problem to get them to stop hanging out in and outside the store."
"The staff doesn’t even know what they’re doing Diane took the call You didn’t even know if they’re allowed to take orders over the phone they wasted my time after I placed an order bad business I’ll go to another 7-Eleven before I ever go here again garbage employees. Dina was the manager on duty that made this wonderful suggestion and made this happen for the customer. Thanks, Dina. And great job training your employees that don’t know what to do this all could’ve been prevented"
"This 7-11 never stocks my tobacco product of choice. I have foolishly tried many times over the last month, and they never have it. Whoever does the ordering is a clown. Don't let this place waste your time, it is a run down festering eye sore. Update: stopped here again out of necessity and they still don't have it on the shelf. Pathetic."
"I've been coming to this 711 for 12 years at least and have spent over $14,000 there. I fell on hard times and was homeless briefly. The night guy let me hang out inside one night while it was raining. That following morning I was told by the owner that his store was not my homeless shelter! I felt embarrassed, disrespected and regretful of spending any money inside at all. They have a great staff who unfortunately remain visibly unhappy due to mismanagement. Update: Since this review above i have come to realize the owners are prejudice towards homeless people as a whole despite them being the biggest contributing demographic. I reported this to corporate after witnessing a dozen other occasions where they accused people of stealing who had not and thew someone out right after buying something saying they were loydering. Because of this complaint I am no longer allowed in the store. Business like this should be restricted to the mafia"
"There were a lot of homeless just hanging out by the boor and pumps also not sure the pumps even work correctly, all in all, wouldn't stop there by myself again a little too scary for me"
