"I have been going to Jackson Hewitt for years. The prices have gone higher, but it has everywhere else too. I go close to home and stick to my guy, James Dobie. He explains everything to me and is very patient. I watch him multi task too. He is answering the phones, scheduling appointments, and handling customers who walk in. Other times, I have been in that particular office, I did not witness other employees providing that type of customer service. I do not want to work with anyone else but him. If I would have been scheduled with another tax preparer, I would reschedule. I request HIM."
