"Haven't heard back from my "Tax Pro" in a month. I couldn't get a meeting on the books to meet with them prior to the tax deadline and as a result missed the filing deadline. There were mistakes on my return. I've sent several messages and absolutely no response. I was told today that my person was a "seasonal worker" so I suspect that she no longer is working here. No message telling me that my taxes would no longer be worked on. I went to another company to help me with my taxes, and they found a larger refund. Overall, this experience with HR Block was a disaster."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would I got my taxes done by Rosalva Casillas and each year I am unhappy with the outcome every year I seem to be getting less back but there has been no changes for this to happen I don’t understand and I don’t feel like my taxes were filed correctly. Now it’s too late and I was counting on my taxes for maternity leave"

"My spouse has not been able to sign their taxes via the link that was sent to them. I called the office and was promised a call back for two days straight which I never received. So Finally my wife goes into the office and waits for a half hour for them to tell her that they will resend it and to try again. Of course it doesn't work. I call the number listed for tech support and was on the phone with them for 45 min, transferred to 4 different people and finally told that I need to get ahold of the tax pro who assisted me. I call the office again and they tell me she is only there 2 days a week. I tell them that is not going to work for me and that they need to get this issue resolved immediately. I asked them to escalate my issue to the manager and of course I was told I will get another call back. It's been over a week now and I should be receiving my tax refund soon but instead, I cant even file because your system does not work and the employees refuse to help me. Almost 2 weeks later now and my spouse and I have to go into their office for the 3rd time now because the person that assisted us was there for once. We go in to sign and I explain the issues that I have been having and tell her that I have been using h & r block for 16 years now and because of their office, I will never be using them again. I got no discount for them stalling my return for two weeks. Instead they said, well we don't have to file for you if you dont want us to. My response was that it's too late now to go elsewhere. If you guys would have told me upfront that it was going to take weeks then I definitely would have went somewhere else. The employees at this office are rude, incompetent and do not communicate with each other. Do not go here if you want your tax refund anytime soon."

"Soon was wonderful! I came in very unprepared, but Soon was able to get everything in order to maximize my refund. She always has good advice on finances. Despite my apprehension to use a big tax company, Soon made me feel more at ease. She is a very knowledgeable accountant."
