"If drugs and roaches and bed bugs are your thing, this is the best place for you. People knock on your door all night asking for a lighter. When you ask for an air conditioner that works they give you a box fan. Homeless people push their shopping through the parking lot and camp out."
"Nice place its just really drug infested. If you are looking for a prostitute and drugs this is the hotel to be at. The rooms are nice a little out dated but very spacious nice set up. Their always clean and neat. The parking lot is always clean and easy to get a parking spot. Decent priced rooms."
"Absolutely horrible. If I could only give a negative rating... Checked in and within minutes we discover there are bed bugs. Couldn't change rooms because it was the only vacant room. Room was littered with trash and what looked to be pieces of a broken crackpipe. After complaining the first time, the manager tried telling us that they don't have bed bugs and that we are mistaken. That they have never had any complaints and they don't have them. I come back to the room and killed a bed bug and brought it to him in a tissue. The manager then proceeds to tell me that they have had complaints but he has just never seen any. I don't know how that is because bedbugs are easily identified through what they look like and the marks they leave on a mattress (which check out the pictures I posted... Wayyyy obvious he was lying to try to save face). So the manager then comes into the room with a big bottle of Raid, a Walmart purchased bed bug spray (which any pest control service can tell you that won't work..) and sprays only the bed. Not the floor... Not the wall... Not even the pillows... the boxspring...or anything else. Just the top mattress. We had already paid for two weeks... 700 bucks... And on the first night we didn't even want to stay. They don't allow refunds and couldn't change the room.. so they will definitely be hearing from me again... But with a lawyer. I have far more proof than I need. This place is a joke."
"I was sleeping after working a graveyard shift, when I got woke up by the housekeeper. She wanted me to move out of her parking spot, which was not mark! Me half asleep actually went down stairs to move my car. I told her "If this is your spot you should Mark it so everyone knows!" She got very loud and was started arguing with me to the point where I didn't move my car. When I didn't and started walking to my room she then got out her car still cursing and yelling!! 5 mins later I went to go to the store she was still in her car when I went to back up she started backing up as if she wanted to hit me. I started holding down my horn I ended up not going to the store. This started around 8. At this time it was like 825. I waited til 9 am to talk to the manager on duty not even 2 mins she was in the office trying to talk to me. I told her could you please wait til I finished up talking to the manager then I'll hear you out. she didn't she then walk-in and was trying to make it seem like it was me that started the whole ordeal! It's like the manager was scared of her. They wouldn't refund my money. So i will finish up my weekly stay (4) days. I had to call in to work the next 2 days to make sure nothing in my room got tampered with!!! It's crazy they don't want guests to yell and start a scene but the housekeeper can wake up guest and talk to them like there a dog when there paying to stay!!! I couldn't talk to a guest like how she did! But you get wat u pay for, I want be cheap NO MO!"
"Was good until the new owners. New owners are in everyone's business except the drug dealers whose payroll theyre on. Don't think that makes it a "your business is your business place" though. Despite all the drug dealers, pimps, and prostitution going on they'll make sure to constantly houbd you about everything going on in your personal life like it's theut business or right to know. Me and my boyfriend lived there 6 months with the previous owners and never had a problem, paid daily and on time but because I didn't wanna give my criminal and medical history they made us leave. Or should I say we left because we're two grown ass adults who don't like being treated like middle schoolers on punishment. And don't even get me started on the roaches. When I say infested, I mean INFESTED. In the beds, on the walls, in the refrigerator, EVERYWHERE. I bought spray and foggers out of pocket to keep my room contained but I still kill about 30 a day. Just pay the extra $5 and go to one of the many others on Colfax."
