"Unfortunately I have to give a bad review. My case was handled horribly. My initial appointment took 3 hours and was still not completed. My tax rep was a very nice woman but seemed to know nothing about what she was doing. It should have not taken 3 hours and then incompleted. The next day I was assured everything was taken care of which was not the case. My taxes had not been finished or submitted. I spoke with a gentleman today because I had a gut feeling something was wrong. And it was. My taxes had not been submitted. It's been an awful experience. I am being charged almost $500 for this service when the service provided was inaccurate. I would have done them myself if I hadn't been referred to H&R block giving out the "$2500" loan card. I only received $250. It's a very sad situation and I'm mortified with this experience."
