"I never leave reviews because I feel they are a waste of time but I will make an exception here. Because of my experience here today, I won’t give Walgreens my business again. I went to pick up my prescription & was turned away because they said it was at a different location so I showed them my Walgreens app which showed I was at the right location & despite this they insisted I was wrong & told me to leave. I asked them to cancel my prescription & they refused to do that as well. I WAS a loyal Walgreens customer. I am extremely disappointed."

"I gave two because I liked the pharmacy manager the lady but the big black dude is the district manager not so much he doesn't care about his employees literally yelled at them in front of customers there is only two of them. Then didn't even try to help them ur the district manager lead by example help ur team out ! But the blk lady that was the pharmacist manager she was really nice and good I did come in little upset and I apologize and she was awesome but the district manager no"

"This pharmacy truly needs MORE STAFF! We have been trying to cancel a prescription for a patient and have been hung up on two times so far. The first hold time was 18 minutes before being hung up on, the second hold time was 19 minutes. No one has even got on the phone and asked me to hold. They quickly pick up the phone then place the call on hold without saying anything whatsoever! We understand being busy, but as a providers office calling the pharmacy, they really need to be more attentive to these calls! We are currently waiting on hold for the THIRD time and sadly we're assuming Walgreens is going to do the same thing again..."

"Worst Walgreens ever. I am switching to a different company, my medications always get held up for about 7 to 9 days before they are ready. The last 3 times I've gone. The pharmacist has been out or the store is close due to low staff. this is ridiculous, I had my surgery a week ago and have not had any medication to help me with it. Even my doctor told me to stop using Walgreens and he tells all of his patients stop using Walgreens because even when he calls, he has to wait 2 hours to speak to somebody."

"Wow this has got to be not only the worst Walgreens but the worst store I’ve ever seen in my life. Very unorganized and dirty, employees have no idea what they are doing or what responsibilities they have waited for over a hour and half now for my small little pick up order. When I asked about it they didn’t even start it yet at a hour of waiting. U can hardly walk in an isle because there is stuff everywhere u can hardly tell what u are looking at because it’s just a plan mess. I’m sorry but someone needs to get in there and fix this whole store top to bottom and clean out some people that obviously don’t care about their job or the company they work for. Very shameful way of representing Walgreens"
