"I would give a zero if I could! Worst experience I have ever received. Avoid working with this location especially Mariette or Byron. My return was done incorrectly the 1st time was charged $644 just to find the errors that were made. The office sent my return to me at 9:56pm on April 18th, when I started my return in March. They claimed they were waiting for documents from me. Funny thing is I have screen shots from their online portal showing I had submitted the documents on April 3rd. After emailing the manager and director of the Arvada location they sent me to another location to have my return redone (Marcia was great) But my taxes were filed late and I was however charged another $604. This is guarantee was pulled from H&R Blocks website: 100% Satisfaction Guarantee File with a Tax Pro: We’re so certain you’ll be satisfied with the tax preparation services at our offices, you only pay us if you accept your return.** WELL I did not accept my 1st return because it was WRONG! And I have yet to receive a refund. Please don't give me the generic response to contact your support team. I have!!!! I now have 6 claims Starting from May 3rd not once have I received a call from your Support team giving me an update the only response I get when I call is they have 3 business day to get back to me well it has now been 15 business days and I have spoke with 8 different customer service reps. What a joke!!!"

"I worked with Byron. He did a great job! But he put my accounting information wrong. So I called and asked to speak with him, they said that he would get back to me. I had to call for two weeks just to try to get a hold of him! I have a four-month-old at home so I didn’t really want to pack him up and go in. But at this point, I decided to go in, once I went in he told me that he would give me a call back in a few days. He had to reach out to higher management to figure out how to fix my accounting number. few days went by no call. I had to go back in and somebody took down my information to give to their higher up, telling me that they would be giving me a call within the next day. Here I am waiting three days later for somebody to contact me . The reason why this is so important to me is because I have direct deposit set up for some thing to pull out of my account. I tried calling, and it just goes straight to voicemail. I’ve use H&R Block for the last few years and enjoyed my experience, but this experience has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had!"
