"Walked Into store in past weekend. Was told didn't have quite a few items was looking for. Online stated was at Location and available. Received so many excuses from Employees to keep them from searching stock room. Employees were more focused on following Customers than actually stocking freight onto shelves. I was told everything is on the shelves is what they have. I took pictures of the back room and turns out they are Full of Products. Whose stocking this store. Need more stockers. Unfortunately, couldn't go in back room to get the product needed and neither Men representatives wanted to help me any further. FAMILY DOLLAR, If have the products why not stock on shelves. Losing money and losing local community customers"

"Many items are at or above grocery store prices. This business ethic is borderline predatory. Staff was sick and coughing and hacking every few seconds yet still working. An especially terrible, dirty place."

"The card readers are broken for Months. I got $2,000 on my card. Customer's are told that they have no money on their cards. Get embarrassed. And never come back!"

"Clean store but the staff are terrible! They seem like they don’t care at all, specifically one employee named Veronica. We bought a lot of stuff and she was chucking them left and right with such attitude. My wife and I were in shock. She was either high on something or hating every moment of her life working there. We will be sure to never return to this location."

"Omg! I used to dread the emergency that brought me to this store. Today I stopped by because the weather decided to be winter and I needed a hat and gloves. I was pleasantly surprised with how neat, organized and pleasant this store is! The manager, Ricardo, and Naradain were a breathe of fresh air. They were helpful, competent and knowledgeable. This store has really come far! I will definitely shop here more frequently. Thanks for the experience Ricardo and Naradain!"
