"We LOVED this place! The freshest salad I’ve ever eaten!! Great vegan options. Miso Chickpea Noodle Soup (#1 favorite thing) Lotus Salad El Jefe Emerald Queen Side of pita It was soo filling and we were ready to go back the next day for the fresh salad!! Even the baby loved jt."
"Hands down my new favorite lunch spot in Denver. Had the most delicious salad - Caesar sub tofu for chicken. I bought tons of fresh greens on the way out and can’t wait to dive in :) The owner was super nice and explained the farming/harvesting process, then pulled produce right off the wall for me to try. Never tasted better/fresher greens in my life."
"Stopped in to grab a salad for dinner, not expecting to be blown away by the freshness of the greens, but I absolutely was! Absolutely unbelievable taste and quality. They made a few mistakes - forgot a few ingredients across the salads based on the descriptions - but I’m willing to chalk that up to newness and 100% will be back! The atmosphere is also very cool, since you can see the growing."
"Nice place to get a salad and they have a few items for snacks. Still not very big but a good start with fresh greens grown on site for the green salads they make there. I tried the Cesar salad which was great. Big healthy greens and some chicken, croutons and Parmesan cheese. I would definitely try more of the salads here especially since they are gown on site and will always be fresh."
"My wife picked up some soup and some greens to supplement our dinner at home, so I can’t comment on the service or atmosphere. The food, however, is top notch. Our absolute favorite was the Emerald Queen soup. The ingredient combination is unique but the flavor combination was spectacular! The heat of ginger and curry spices combined with the creamy texture and crispy shallots made me keep wanting to go back for another bite. Honestly one of the best dishes we’ve had in a while. The miso chickpea noodle soup was also very tasty (although not quite as good as the Emerald Queen). The flavors were simple and well executed, and it tasted to me like an updated minestrone. Would be great on cold days or when feeling under the weather. My wife also picked up a bag of hydroponically grown kale to mix into our salad. Honestly this produce is top notch and beats out anything you’ll get at a grocery store or the farmers market. It’s a little pricey but justified for a good product. Can’t wait to go in person and try a few more dishes!"
