"I used the "convenient" drop off service, and set an appointment for a week later to come by to sign. My case was complicated, so i discussed that with them and told them if they needed more time to just call and we could change the appointment. I got a text confirming my appointment for the following Friday. Wednesday i got a voicemail that i had missed my appointment and would i like to reschedule. Thursday i got a reminder text for my Friday appointment. Friday i got a call asking me to verify i would be there at 4 (not the time i was scheduled for). I ended up just agreeing to go at 4 since i was unexpectedly able to. Showed up 15 minutes early, worked with two different people (the person my appointment was with was not there that day), and babysat for 4.5 hours because they hadn't even STARTED my taxes, and repeatedly typed numbers in incorrectly. The people were very nice, i will give them that for sure, but i was not at all happy with the service. My taxes even got rejected the first time because, get this, they typed my daughter's ssn incorrectly. Then they asked if I'd like to schedule for next year's appointment, which i declined. I got a confirmation text for next year's appointment shortly after..."
