"Same your time and money. I tried being nice and trusting him and he is not trust worthy. He didn't even look at my books for months. I paid him for the work for taxes and other jobs but he surprises me with a $850 collection account that I have no idea for what? He is bad business. *follow up, we went to court and the judge ruled that he did is fact over charge me for services he did not provide. So my collections account was now over $900 and the judge said I only owed initial less than $400 which is still heavily overpriced for about an hour worth of work."

"I met Mr. Lester after my Mother passed away and he helped me settle her estate and found many deductions the IRS failed to mention. I have used him for personal tax concerns ever since and I recommend him to my friends."

"1.) Russell Lester pulled a bait-and-switch on pricing. He verbally promised a low rate for my S-corp and personal fillings for 2010. Then, when it came time to file on April 15th in his office, the price he billed me, leaving filing contingent upon payment, went up by about $250. Unfortunately, since I had nothing in writing I was left with a cut-throat take it or leave it option (i.e. pay me now or go find a new accountant and pay your penalties -- an option I should have taken). 2.) My 2010 personal taxes were so poorly handled that unbeknownst to me Russell Lester marked them as self prepared, so he couldn't be held liable for the errors. Consequently, I'm now forced to re-file my 2010 personal taxes due to Russell Lester's gross mishandling of them. I'm currently considering legal action against Mr. Lester for his mishandling of my taxes. 3.) Finally, while in his office Russell espoused his political ideologies in a loud obnoxious unprofessional way."
