"Don got me right in on time for my scheduled appointment, in fact maybe a few minutes earlier then I had scheduled the appointment for. He was able to find all my deductions which lead to a much higher return then I expected. I kind of fear doing taxes every year but HR Block has always come through with the best tax preparation service at a very reasonable price especially for what your getting. Somehow I would find myself owing taxes or getting next to nothing back when I tried doing it myself with Turbo Tax but ever since I started using HR Block several years ago Ive always recieved a pretty descent return and have never been audited. Goes to show, I never knew what I was doing and these people are definitely the professionals!"

"Came in to get help with my taxes… and the person helping us told me they wouldn’t help anyone under 21, the thing with that is they helped my sister who isn't 21 yet… then when I asked to talk to a manager they just said they were busy… with no other customers in the store… this location is buried in a shopping center for a reason… go to the one in highlands ranch… the employees there will help you regardless… just goes to show how good of employees H&R Block hires at this location"

"Was a horrible experience quoted one price and was changed later, numbers were wrong, never received documents to review. Had to stop into a location twice and every bit of information and all the numbers I was given originally were different. Do not recommend."

"Short story : IRS wouldn’t accept 2021 return because they made so many errors - then to “fix things” in 2022 they charged over $1,000 to file. Details : Don’t go here under any circumstance but if you must - only work with Kim Mccabe. Back to back years of getting screwed over. Before Kim stepped in - this company absolutely ruined my taxes in 2021. So many errors that the IRS wouldn’t even accept the return. Company offered to “take care” of 2022 taxes, but when I unfortunately came back, they proceeded to charge over $1,000 to file. Bait and switch. Kim was the only saving grace. If it wasn’t for her you’d have better luck just setting your W-2s on fire than filling with this company."

"I am really disappointed in the experience I just had. I needed a little bit of guidance on how to fill out an additional tax form after I had already filed the rest of my taxes. The man who helped me honestly seemed clueless and I felt like I answered my own questions. I was probably with him for maybe 15-20 minutes and he insisted on charging me $50 for an hour consultation. If i felt like i learned anything valuable there I wouldn’t be upset about paying a fee. It’s just sad. I feel taken advantage of and ripped off. I got used car sales man vibes in there for sure. Next time I need help with anything tax related, I will definitely not be coming back here."
