"I called to ask a simple question if they had a specific vitamin item. First there was the robotic, bored, washed up marketing team written script from the lady that answered delivered, and then I was transfered to vitamins and the guy that answered the phone CLEARLY sounded irritated that I called to ask for a product. Most stores don't carry pet products any more, so I was just calling to check first. This was me giving NG a second chance, since I've always been rushed or just treated badly at this store. So no more. Gladly giving more business to Chewy."
