"Easily one of the more frustrating experiences I have had. $200+ To do the taxes of a college student with one job. I was told I should have my tax return wired directly to my account. I called a while later and it was an incredibly frustrating process that ended in the check just needing to be mailed to me, which would have been easier in the first place. It consistently takes multiple tries to reach them by phone during business hours. When my taxes were paid for I am unsure of how long they waited to charge for the service but it’s clear it was some time because the money was taken out for other bills by that time. Probably great for company taxes, not worth it for an individual tax service."
