H&R Block

"Ming did a great, and quick, job with my taxes- which were a bit confusing this year. My only issue is that the H&R Block website- has lots of bugs, isn't easy to use, doesn't render pages sometimes and no place to input back information for direct deposit. This should be pretty basic for a business that handles tax returns."

"I would give 0 stars if possible. I was told my taxes would be ready to sign in 2 days on April 1st. I notified Lana I was leaving the state for 2 weeks on April 7 so that would be great. Well i called her multiple times a day starting April 10 and when she finally called me back on the 17th she stated that I needed to go sign the next day or they would be late and she knew I wouldn't be back in town until 4/21. When I asked her to give me details about the results she hung up on me!! Terrible customer service. That's not how paying customers should be treated!"

"I would like to highly recommend Letha Ochs who I worked with last week and was wonderful. She was very patient with all the questions we had and treated us in a kind and professional manner. The only reason I didn't a 5 star rating was the high price, in my opinion, that H&R Block charge."
