"I give this store 5 stars because of the service department. This is the main service center for all pump repairs in Colorado Springs and the guy who does the repairs couldn't be better. Mike cares about his job and he cares about his customers. Whenever I've had issues with my pump he has always been there to assist me in whatever way he can. He's a true pro and a asset to the Sherwin Williams family."

"Paint didn't mix completely, after spending hours doing all the cut-ins I see tint in the bottom of the can. Took the receipt in...got lip from the kid that sold it to me...then he said OK it was against store policy but he'd give me a refund. He rang up something on the register while holding my receipt and LIED! No refund ever showed up. I contacted the store manager who said it was not store policy to give a refund. HORRIBLE customer service ....I will NEVER go back!"

"This store has the quality product, but is dismal in customer service etiquette lead by the manager himself. As a contractor visiting this store often, I've never experienced a manager so rude and disrespectful to their customer base.....especially to women customers. I recommend Sherwin Williams Corporate offices examine their choices in managers much closer as the manager leads and teaches the staff on how they are to treat customers. Mark needs a long vacation.....or to be retrained on customer service benefits."
