"Very friendly, knowledgeable staff that you can tell really care about their clients. I've enjoyed services from IV, facials, lip fillers, botox, dermatology appointments, to even weight loss consultations. If you care about you're health and longevity this is the place to see in Dickinson. Located in the old hospital in Dickinson this place is a must see."
"I have been going for some time to this place to See Megan. Megan is hands down a 5 star NP. Genuinely loved her personality and her view on how you work with patients. So this review is not a reflection of her in anyway. My decision to not go back has nothing to do with her. However, as to the other staff, while Megan is on maternity leave, the other staff was covering for her patients. Prior to Megans leave, my husband and I both were told by Megan in an appointment that because she has seen us, if we need prescription refills while she was gone, it won't be an issue and the other staff would fill them for us till she got back. We ran into the issue of needing refills, and when the time came, thats were the issues arose. I was told they wouldn't fill them with out a appointment..that part isn't a big deal to me, I had no problem being seen, but they couldn't get me in immediately, and I was being told that the other person would not likely fill it till I had blood work done. This is an issue and causes issues if your going without medication that you have to have. In honesty, I got agitated and I was trying to get the lady to empathize with the position I was being put in. Instead I was met with being gaslighted by being told "well you understand Megan is just a nurse practitioner and not a doctor, right?." As if I didn't know who I was chosing to care for me and my entire family. And as the conversation progressed she kept repeating that "Megan must have been refilling my prescription as a favor to me." These statements made me mad, cause I can't even wrap my head around why she was saying this. Classic definition of Gaslighting. We ended the conversation but she was to call me back Monday after talking with the other Fill in NP. No call Monday, so Wednesday I call, through frustration I am attempting to explain the situation of what happened with the lady I am on the phone with. So they can at least self reflect to better their customer services. I explain I didn't appreciate being Gaslighted. She claimed she had a note from Casey prior and that Casey wouldn't Gaslight me. And that she felt this conversation was going bad also, and shut me down. So basically I was called a liar. Naturally, at moments like this you feel defeated and unheard. I have always been super easy to work with. Very flexible when appointments needed to be canceled, I try to be pretty level headed with situations. When your being pushed around, we should dig our heals in and demand proper direction. Key word " proper" and that includes compassion, and problem solving. Here's how the situation should have been handled. Casey should have said "I perfectly understand the position you're in, and let me look into maybe getting you enough of your prescription till we can get you into a appointment to be seen. (What is the point of blood work, if the medication your doing blood work for isn't properly in your system, only costing and wasting the patients money.. that would have stopped escalation) Not Gaslight a patient by saying "you know Megan isn't a dr right?" and "she is filling your prescription as a favor." And since Casey isn't a Dr, if she can't answer questions, she shouldn't be the one telling patients what is required to get their refills, if she defaults into leaving hurt feelings, and not listening. I am heart broken cause I chose Megan for a reason. But at this point I don't even know if she will be returning."
"I had a great experience doing a skin check at Urban Unwind! I have been driving to Bismarck for skin checks every 2 years but it’s an inconvenience. I have been to a few providers and this was my best experience by far. Kelsey was very professional, friendly and thorough. The facility was clean and relaxing. I will definitely go back!"
"Megan is fantastic she is the Dermatologist Nurse Practitioner, her bed side manner is amazing and she is very professional and really knows her stuff. If you are looking to get into a dermatologist without waiting for a year this is the place to go they will bill your insurance. I was very impressed with Megan and would definitely recommend her!!!!"
"Amazing establishment and a total gem in this small town. The atmosphere is professional and welcoming. Kelsey does an excellent job on my lips; they are even, very natural yet plump, soft, and perfectly shaped. She also does a great job on my Botox and gives me the exact amount of freeze I asked for. I highly recommend."
