"I went in because I needed wiper blades. They don't have a reference book anymore for customers to look up the part number. You have to scan a QR code and look it up online. That whole area is a dead zone for my cell service and if they have wifi, it wasn't working. No Internet, so I had to get in line to have an employee look it up. He gave me the wrong information and sent me home with blades that don't fit. Now I have to make another hour long round trip drive plus the cost of a few gallons of gas to return them and then go buy blades somewhere else because I'll never give this store a dime of my money again."
