"Wish I could give negative stars. My roommate with gorgeous long hair came here super excited for a LITTLE bit of change. The picture she showed was a long, super easy shag type style. She called me after her 5 hour appointment crying harder than I've ever seen her cry. How hard is it to have a little bit of accountability and just own up and say you're not sure how to do a certain style or cut. So much time and grief could have been saved by just being humble. I am beyond disbelief as her hair is hacked and not salvageable at all. She is heart broken. Never again."

"I came in for a desperately needed haircut. I was lucky to score an appointment on a Saturday afternoon, with only a couple weeks notice. I was really happy to see that I was with Katelynn. I hadn't been to Plaza Studio before, but I tend to think that if I dig how my stylist looks, then I'm in safe hands. Katelynn did an AMAZING job on my hair. I presented her with quite the challenge. My current hair situation was a terrible salon haircut, followed up by a DIY "oops". Katelynn managed to give me a fabulous haircut, despite the laughable mess I came in with. I can honestly say that Katelynn is one of the most talented and skilled cosmetologists that I've ever encountered. I've had many fantastic haircuts, but no one has ever had to overcome what Katelynn did. The fact that Katelynn not only gave me an awesome haircut, but was able to totally fix all the insanity, is amazeballs. I can't recommend Katelynn enough. anyone want to see my "oops" with no guard?
